All items are shipped using Royal Mail Signed & Tracked for service. All ordered received before 1pm will be dispatched same working day. Any orders place after 1pm will be dispatched next working day. Order paid for after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday. All International orders are fulfilled by eBay using ‘eBay Global Shipping Programme’ both domestic and international tracking numbers are uploaded onto you order for you to track.
For complete peace of mind we offer a 30 day return policy where by you can return the item in the same brand new unworn condition either for a refund or an exchange. Return postage charges are at the expense of the buyer. If the item you receive is faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund. After the 30 day period you will only be offered a repair, if we are unable to repair the item you will have the options for a refund excluding any postage cost.
All items come with 2 year seller warranty (unless otherwise stated) which is covered by ourselves (we mirror the manufactures warranty). If you have any issues in regards to warranty claims please contact us via eBay we will be happy to help and provide you with the return instructions. Please note warranty only covers mechanical faults only, it excludes any accidental damage, damage to glass, strap, or water damage. Please refer to your warranty booklet for full terms and conditions. In case of any warranty claims all postage cost must be covered by the buyer.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment, Visa card payments can be made through PayPal via their guest check out service. We would request payment to be made within 7 days after committing to purchase an item from us. If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item case will be opened.
